Really treat you like cattle but the building was nice... - Animator Inspidea Employee Review

I got yelled at like cattle in front of the other animators but then I was told I was super talented and I have a great future if I keep it up. I don't know what to keep up though because they tell me to keep doing it but then when I show my work for help, they get super upset. I just joined and I was expected to know everything about how the company works and all its' quirks, from scratch.
