      Flexible hours, great training opportunities, great managers, good salary and benefits,

      Like all business services there are ups and downs in utilization but they keep people working on training or interesting internal projects during slow times

      Since it was a small company the major pro was that there was lot of transparency. A great set of people to work with.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for diversification in skill set.
