Terrible company to work for. You make them money, they love you! You have a slow week, they want to write you up. Oh and god forbid you need to use the bathroom! They try and make you clock out for that lol! Also in PA it is illegal to not let someone take a 10 minute break after 5 hours of working. For them, you have to clock out. That’s why in the “chat” I would say I was running to the restroom but instead going to take a break because I was not going to not get paid for taking TEN MINUTES. They’re money hungry, and the product is not REAL. Took them to different jewelers and they were appalled. Needless to say, you get one set pay rate and ZERO raises, no health insurance, and no PTO. Yet the higher ups go on 3 retreats a year and the family travels the world on our dime. Don’t support this company. I only stayed so long because of finding a new job. It feels great to get out! If you work there, run run run as fast as you can! Also don’t get sick, they’ll write you up even if you have a doctors note. Joke of a company in my opinion! And no returns so don’t waste your hard earned money!
