Pros
Great work with Kia. Lots of brainstorming and great ideas.
Cons
With great work come lots of hours. Would have to work some weekends and evenings. Didn't have a great work-life balance. No good communication even though I tried to establish it. They had their cliches so it was that small group that would be updated with in-office plans. Was definitely treated like an intern by my director. Very sneaky way to lure me into the office on a remote day to let me go with a reason that didn't make sense after my performance review went stellar.
