Chaotic culture, constant turnover - HR Team Inspire Brands Employee Review

Pros

Good coworkers, fun brands, that’s it

Cons

Working at Inspire Brands has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. Turnover is extremely high, and the workload far exceeds the number of people available to do it. Promotions often go to the wrong people — usually based on connections rather than competence — and leadership turnover is constant. I’ve had three different Chief People Officers since joining, and with every restructure, priorities shift again with little clarity or follow-through. Morale across teams is very low, but senior leadership doesn’t seem to notice or care. The environment feels like a boys’ club where people of color and women are often overlooked for advancement or recognition. Compensation is below market for the amount of work expected, and the company’s pace of change feels unsustainable. There are talented, hard-working people here who genuinely care, but they’re burned out and unsupported. Unless you’re comfortable navigating constant change, unclear direction, and inequity, I’d look elsewhere.

Pros

Incredible building, most managers were very nice. Most, if not all of the employees are amazing and kind and so fun. They throw a lot of events which are super fun but if you're a contractor, you're excluded from most/all of it.

Cons

The majority of the company are contractors. There is a clear gap between contractors and fully employed individuals, down to the way people socialize in shared spaces.
