      Hard to think but Salary on time can be considered

      Management: Career jeopardy False commitments on roles, expectations and Salary They work on fill gap arrangement, once the gap is filled, you become redundant and ready to be thrown out Also not to pay your variable pay, they find reasons to show that you ain't useful to them No trust, very poor on ears Believes on prejudice rather than real experience If your manager is bad, you are done as no one else would listen to you, however it is said that there is open cabin culture. but if you try to reach out to someone senior, they consider you a trouble maker Very poor politics, people gang up and try to pull others down. in last one year many professionals quit or asked to leave
