Pros
Commiserating with familiar people about how Inspired Review lied to get you on their project and the horrendous facilities. Laughing about how we wish we had bagels leftover to throw at Inspired's CEO.
Cons
Inspired Review advertised a project as providing unlimited hours and to last a duration of 3-5 months. Recruiters confirmed that the review center would be open round the clock and weekends to allow attorneys to maximize their hours. During orientation, Inspired's client was quick to point out that the review billed as a 3-5 month project was actually a 3 week project with a 40-hour cap. Attorneys passed up other offers and some even moved to DC for the project based on written assurances from recruiters. The CEO tried to remedy this by saying he was uninvolved in day to day operations, blamed the gross misrepresentations on Inspired's recruiters, and he promised a couple of dollars an hour more and a $200 project completion bonus for the folks who stayed. Inspired's communication was poor with the housekeeping announcements and true nature of the project addressed in front of a client who ran out of the office after a ruckus broke out and after conferring with the CEO in the hall. Facilities are the worst I've ever seen. Inspired just doesn't know how to conduct onsite reviews and intentionally lied to candidates. Avoid this place. As their CEO says, they are a race to the bottom. Low pay and unfulfilled promises.
