      We deeply value feedback from our customers and staff as an organisation. Unfortunately, the staff member who we believe wrote this review had significant challenges meeting our customers quality requirements or ability to work independently and struggled to use the regular support given to grow in their ability to independently produce quality work. The expressed lack of desire and ability to improve resulted in this staff member being let go after exhausting all avenues for staff development. We are always on the lookout for people to join our team and would love to hear from you.

      Pros

      It's not often you find a software development job in Penrith. And even less often you find one run by two supportive brothers who do everything they can to put their employees first. At Inspired they work with a wide range of clients, which means you will not only learn the technical skills required for Odoo, but a wide range of functional areas such as accounting, inventory and sales. They also offer team lunch once a fortnight and have a great team spirit.

      Cons

      I'm not a huge fan of the open office, it's harder to concentrate, but that's a personal preference. Though given the complexity of the product it serves well to have other experts in questions reach.
