HR Consultant - Human Resources Consultant Inspiring HR Employee Review

I have worked for over two years as a consultant in this remote first company. Since Inspiring HR was founded before COVID to be remote, the infrastructure is in place to allow for effective team communication. While this fits very well with my work preferences, if you need in-person meetings to ensure that your work is completed or want someone to manage your day-to-day tasks, it will be difficult to be successful as a consultant. If I had to describe the workplace in three words, it would be flexible, helpful, and supportive. Team members are encouraged to define and then pursue areas of interest like business development or professional certifications. I’m proud to work at Inspiring HR because I am part of a great consulting team, one that learns from and laughs with each other. And flexibility build into the culture allows me to be a better, more present parent for my children. It’s a win-win for me and the company.

Because I love working from home and having autonomy for my workday, I have not encountered any cons while working here.

Working for Inspiring HR has been such an incredible experience in my career. We have a team of 11 that are all remote workers; but come together as a team in ways which I have not experienced in other jobs where you are all sitting in an office together. Leadership at Inspiring HR is supportive, responsive and sets you up for success in your role. We have the flexibility we need; while being a dedicated service team to our clients.

In the time I have been with Inspiring HR, I have not had any negative experiences.
