- Small companies tend to be chaotic. Inspirock operates quite smoothly. These together provide the ideal environment as I get to do much more than I would at a larger company. This not only makes the day-to-day work more interesting, it also allows me to learn new things and improve my skillset. - The tech is cool... AI, Big data, Cloud - The team is not only smart, but friendly and helpful. This allows me to be productive with relatively low stress. - The product is amazing. I think this company will go places. I feel lucky to be able to work here!

Despite the amazing product and being the leader in its space, Inspirock is little known. This seems to be deliberate as the management wants it to stay under the radar and increase the lead further.

It's rare to get to work on a product that is cutting-edge technologically in a stable startup environment. Inspirock has all of that. Plus, if you like to travel, this is a fun project - you get to learn and day-dream about various places to visit, and Inspirock pays for your vacations. Also gratifying to see how much users love Inspirock. It is good to know your work makes a difference!

Users keep asking for more and more features :-) Fortunately the engineering team culture is such that we take our time to do it right.
