Without Insquad I couldn’t even get to the first step of recruitment It may sound crazy but for me money wasn’t the main point, I am just fond of western culture and had a dream to work on cool projects in another cultural environment using English. Americans are great and absolutely different! Working with them fulfills me and helps to broaden horizons. Without Insquad I couldn’t even get to the first step of recruitment (interview). I don't know how they made it but I don’t really care. Now I’ve got what I wanted. Plus, It almost doubled my income. Try Insquad!

I would never expect finding the best company to work in outside of my home country. I literally did nothing in terms of search, just had a few calls with Insquad guys and went through tests. Well, for me the process was pretty simple! They offered me a position of a Software Engineer at Snap company just recently, but I immediately realized how cool this place is. Great culture, the best people I've ever seen, super data intensive services, great prospects for the future and, probably the most important, incredible growth opportunities.

For now I haven't found anything worthy of a Cons.
