Pros

Supportive leadership that genuinely values input from the marketing team. You’re not just executing ideas — you’re helping shape them. Strong company culture built on teamwork, transparency, and doing right by the customer. Opportunities for growth across multiple departments. If you show initiative, they notice. Family-like environment where you feel appreciated, not just another employee number. Great product and service quality, which makes marketing so much easier because customers are truly happy with the results.

Cons

The pace can be fast, especially during peak seasons. It’s manageable, but you need to stay organized. More cross-department communication tools could make processes even smoother.

Pros

- some of the employees are genuinely good, hard working people

Cons

- Essentially everything else. Place is Run very poorly, managers stepping out left and right, turn over rate is the highest I’ve ever witnessed. The company runs on numbers and is clearly benefiting from the sparse job market, since most folks these days HAVE to take anything they’re offered. The sales goal is essentially impossible, yet the managers claim they hit it “when they were setting appointments”. Either a sign of a long gone eta when people had more money to invest in their homes due to a less impoverished market, or a blatant fabrication. I didn’t stick around to find out.
