The coworkers are mostly all on the same page that its a difficult environment to work in.
Cons
The owner is extremely hard to work with. She has too many things going on that she can't focus and succeed on anything. There are ants in the building. You are going to be overworked and underpaid. No raises given. The company is falling apart at the seams.
