      Nothing is good about this company

      1. No roadmap 2. Forget on time salary 3. Most of the things written in offer letter comes with condition apply. 4. Management does not know anything about startups and they are just experimenting with employee's career. 5. Abusive environment.

      Pros

      Learn a lot, a bit laid back and the coworkers are very helpful in getting you started. Good work environment and challenging projects. You learn all aspects of projects that you wouldn't at a bigger company.

      Cons

      Very small. It is also located in not so great an area of Baltimore City, benefits are not the best
