(1) Favoritism & Buttering: Only 2–3 favorite people get praised and promoted. Others are ignored no matter how hard they work. (2) Clueless Leadership: TLs and Managers act like gods but don’t know basic operations or tools. (3) Mental Torture: No respect from seniors. Constant pressure, micromanagement, and humiliation. (4) Toxic Work Culture: • Backstabbing • Jealousy • Arrogance everywhere • No real teamwork or collaboration (5) Worst Tracking Tool: Analysts’ every move is tracked by the dumbest software. TLs and Managers don’t have to use it. (6) Double Standards: • (6.1) Analysts must follow 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM strictly • (6.2) TLs & Managers come late at 11 and leave early at 3 or 4 with fake excuses like “stakeholder calls” (7) Fake Transparency: Policies and processes are all talk with no real action. (8) Horrible Colleagues: Especially the “favorite gang” — arrogant, unskilled, and toxic. (9) Demand & Supply Team = Chaos: • No schedule or planning • Anyone can be pulled in anytime without notice (10) QC Team = Useless: Some have 5+ years but still can’t use basic Excel formulas. (11) Promotions = Buttering: Skill and performance don’t matter. It’s all about flattering your TL. (12) No Career Growth: • No training • No mentorship • No recognition • Just stress and confusion (13) Judgment Based on Face, Not Performance: TLs support only those they personally like. (14) Fake Work-Life Balance: Long hours, mental stress, and zero appreciation. (15) Unprofessional Communication: Managers talk down to employees like they own them. (16) Nothing Worth Gaining: • No learning • No growth • No peace of mind
