Pros

Unlimited income potential Young coworkers Relaxed work environment

Cons

People training you will be inexperienced. Fairly decent minus them making me drive an hour to work for meetings that didn’t involve any productivity then driving to the sales locations on top of that. Employees didn’t really take pandemic seriously with social distancing and wearing masks. Also very inexperienced trainers. Also showed up to work early for work everyday and did everything that was required but was let go for “lack of enthusiasm”. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a POC

We are a very upbeat and energetic team, and thrive on positivity. We are a company that encourages diversity-we are an equal opportunity employer. We take training very seriously, and we are hands on when it comes to training- inside and outside the office. We do take COVID procedures seriously-the health of our employees, customers, and clients is our upmost concern and priority. Unfortunately, this position is challenging and not for everyone. This position does take hard work, dedication, and flexibility to succeed in our company.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, chill managers and staff.

Cons

Lack of organization, staff can be rude. Alot of driving. They did not tell the full story before I was hired. I got the whole, "it will make sense later". Then..... I found out it is in fact a pyramid scheme . They preach happiness and togetherness but they can be rude especially the office workers. Was told contacted an office workee for ANYTHING. When i did she responded to me like a pee on my first day solo in the field. Great for youngsters needing a start. Reminded me of my first job at vector marketing. You can and will make money that is if you like patronizing shoppers as they are walking past. However, don't be fooled by 6 figure promises from guys in flashy suits. You can try to spice it up and slap as many bows as you wish to it but it's still an mlm.

Sorry if that was your experience with us, but this doesn't sound like our company. We have a three step interview process, which we talk about travel and working inside of retail locations doing sales. This is an hourly paid position for training and any hours worked inside a retailer, or virtually. All of our employees are W4 positions.
