      Working on highly scaled projects Internal team with very good technical knowledge relative to the Egyptian scene

      Cons

      No respect for work-life balance as you are expected to work more than 8 hours They use internal programs like desk time to monitor employees' activities and calculate productive hours Team sizes are small compared to the size of the projects All leading and management roles are already taken by old employees making it impossible to have a career path A little bit of a family business since many of the workers are either old friends or family members of the CEO

      Pros

      - Best Caliber Of Projects: As a gaming studio in Egypt, this would be the best place to work on AA caliber games. The best place to work on bigger projects to be released on Steam, PSN, and Xbox. - Great learning oppurtunity: The team is helpful and experienced, and the projects are often challenging and stimulating. A great place to start a career in game development. - Friendly Team and Management: A smaller team caused strong bonds to form between team members, new employees do not take long to feel like part of the team.

      Cons

      - A little demanding: As a smaller game studio with not so many members, the load can sometimes feel like too much. No more than what is expected in the field.

      None managerial workers were the best part of the company

      The ceo has his wife as hr manager, and the company is run by friends and family, if you want to be treated like a slave, this is where to go.
