Pros

Great benefits and the wages are fair in my state. I enjoy working with most of the people on my team.

Cons

No opportunity for promotion. Leadership doesn't have experience leading. Lots of bureaucracy in minute decisions and not enough planning for decisions and projects with major impact. Inadequate training and guidance, no written standard procedures on how to complete tasks. Forty percent of my team calls in sick, leaves early, or comes in late on a weekly basis. I have been hung out to dry by someone's unreliable attendance more than once. Raises aren't really a thing so don't accept a salary lower than what you need.

Pros

Benefits, work from home, compensation, holidays, paid time off

Cons

The Missouri team is terrible, it has poor management and high turnover. Opportunities for career growth, such as promotions and increased pay are rare. Changing teams involves physically relocating to another state.
