Super flexible with work hours, they provide transportation to/from the office, lots of opportunities to work in different areas, attend talks, see the work of other project managers, ect. Overall you learn a lot & are exposed to a lot.

Bus schedules that take you to/from the office are far apart so you're kinda stuck there for longer than you're supposed to be

HR, work hours, style, conduct) conforms to University rules - Many office bureaucracies - Facilities department hinders management's flexibility in space usage as well as cripples employees' work space freedom - Work pace fluctuates dramatically
