If something happens that's clearly an issue with the substance being tested and not your skill, your skill will still be judged. Sometimes there will be a significant change in the procedure and if you do not get it perfect the first time, you will be judged by the upper management. I found it to be a place where they wanted good workers but did not pay for good workers. It appears that people seemed to only stay because they did not know their actual worth. I also found it a bit strange but a lot of staff were women. There would be moments where there was a bit of discriminatory talk about men.
