many changes in a short time

Passionate, dedicated team, collaborative, highly involved, shifting positions gave good opportunities for growth and acquisition of new skills

Constantly shifting management made it so campaigns were always changing last minute, inconsistent creative direction because 5 people had to jump on to approve the task when upper creative director positions were disappearing. Constant layoffs, plethora of additional job expectations without a raise, lower salary than when I was in a junior position, disorganized and precarious culture causes stress and low team morale as well as antisocial attitudes within team (no time to get to know each other when you always have 12 projects to catch up on and micromanage and hope you aren't laid off), layoffs of operations coordinators made it difficult to work.
