      Pros

      IRM is a place where no 1 will find an Harassment at work place, and that why female stuff members feel freely to work in office, and our Head of Teams doors are always open for there stuffs to solve their problems, and this thing make IRM Training institution best then the others organizations exists in Pakistan.

      Cons

      for contract stuffs, they can;t avail any benefits as the regular stuffs ve it.

      Pros

      Access to deprived and under-privileged people of Pakistan. Exposure visits (Domestic & International). Training & Development. Prestige in Human Development Sector.

      Cons

      Maintaining work-life balance is very difficult if u r exclusively employed for field based activities. Sometimes u find urself in a corporate jungle rather than a well developed town. U feel like u need to do something for IRM's HR & Finance Policies.

      the environment was challenging, there was a room for improvement and the authorities know how to pamper their employees after giving them a hard time.

      at times i was made to do things which i wasnt capable of and that altered my performance
