No contract was provided, working hours changed constantly, toxic environment with the managers

I do not have anything nice to say.

Employees are "forced" to treat their bosses as "Doctor" and always in a hostile environment. After 3 months, on trial, they send you away because "you don't have the profile". They tell you this 10 minutes before your departure time, without the right to counter-argument. Senior colleagues do not help and participate in the hostile environment. In the education staff community, they are already known for the way they treat employees (always firing one after the other). They even fire employees who have been working for years, citing reports - which they refuse to show. They often try to make fools of their customers. The salaries they offer, upon entry, are very low compared to the rest of the market.
