      Hands off managers that let you own your role, giving you the opportunity to showcase your ideas while providing great support on career plan. Great benefits and perks, amazing culture and Awesome employees that foster team work and open communication.

      Cons

      Some level of entitlement within employees, weak leadership, slackers that are not taken care of, regional decisions still owned by HQ leaving small area for development.
