Pros
Training and induction process into the role was good. Working with the US team from time-time was great and generally nice people in the business who work very hard for tech/education, things they are very passionate about.
Cons
I worked at INS a few years ago under a manager that was self indulgent and willing to slice a portion of sales territory away from under his employees (in AUS) to favor another manager. This affected many of the education reps and I believe it still does. In addition, let's just say the comment another person left in one of these reviews below about the manager that did not want to hire someone back because she just came off maternity leave, relates to me. This was after I sacrificed much of my days/nights weekends travelling for this job whilst previously also balancing being a working mother. Amazingly, I still balance work life with 2 kids now, who would have known.
