Amazing product, extremely talented hard working people, purposeful mission

Expected to grow 12% each quarter, the goal is to push you to failure. Unrealistic work load. Work life balance is non existent. Management says they care but clearly do not as no change has been made in years. Zero opportunity for growth. Many people in leadership positions that should not be, most leaders do not know the business or product. Only hiring external, it is a huge problem.
