Pros

The workforce is diverse below senior management

Cons

The accounting team for the international operations (non-Americas) is headed up in London but the team also consists of people in Netherlands and Malaysia. It has a lot of toxicity and high turnover rate of people. About 8 people left in 16 months recently. Morale appears to be low amongst most of the team. They have been known to micromanage. They have asked members of the team to log the amount of minutes they spend on each task. They also plan each of the tasks of the employees for each day of the week to fill up 7.5 hours. If the tasks take longer than expected, then they grill the people. There's not even any time allocated for toilet breaks. The working hours are very long, much beyond the 7.5 contracted hours. Leadership there is very unprofessional. They seems to not have control of the team nor know how to manage them. They sometimes swears in the workplace and tries to micromanage people, not understanding their pre-existing commitments. They don't seem to care about medical ethics or GDPR. They blurt out private medical details or private religious details about other team members to other team members without any regard. Very shocking and unprofessional.
