Pros
In R&D department, gone through 3 VPs and one director in 6 months. Down to a skeleton staff of SW people, and those who haven't already left are looking to leave ASAP. Product is somewhat interesting but hasn't changed substantially since its introduction. Most interesting work subbed out to companies who attempt to get work done.
Cons
No continuity in management or product. 3 products cancelled in the last 6 months, 3 new VP, and all of SW management and QA left or canned.
