good benefits, answer calls and troubleshoot issues on stations, once you are confortable on your own is a good place to work for

Cons

very strict with time, need to call a call out line if not coming to work, point deduction if coming in late might reflect on your year performance

Good colleagues, remote work, overtime possibilities

Cons

Horrible CEO, outsourcing like crazy, customers are insane, no stability unless you are in the office. Now there are a lot of layoffs and outsourcing
