Pros

Decent workload keeps you busy. Large coverage area so in case you like to go sight seeing instead of making money this is a great opportunity to do just that.

Cons

Horribly unorganized and unsophisticated system of dispatching assignments, did not hold up to there agreement of assigning me an area and having me work only my assigned territory which was the southwest quadrant of Houston, TX and the surrounding areas. Had me instead work every corner of Houston and beyond from Lake Conroe to Lake Jackson and had me driving all over town in a star formation because they needed certain assignments done that they were falling so far behind on and dropped all their problems onto me which, unless given a helicopter, would be literally impossible to accomplish. If you don't meet their outrageous expectations they just fire you and find somebody else. Staff and owner were polite at first and then became very rude and called to check on me constantly while I'm trying to navigate to my next assignment. On my way to one assignment they would call and tell me to cancel that one or re-schedule and go to the opposite side of town to clean up assignments that they were so behind on . Also I NEVER GOT PAID THE ENTIRETY OF MY PAYCHECK. HASSLE TO INVOICE THEM AS YOU MUST KEEP MANAUL TRACK OF MILEAGE YOURSELF AND NO RUCTUIRECT DEPOSIT AVAILABLE.

Pros

Been working with this company for 10 years you have to prove you know what you're doing and be willing to go when you receive claims. If you want more volume move to the hot spots I'm 68 years old started out with an old Chevy Blazer now driving a Mercedes great company if you like to work.

Cons

Having to work in bad weather

Pros

You can set your own appointments with your assignments within a 48 hour window. Casual dress.

Cons

For my area, there is no where near enough work. When I started, I used to get 7-10 assignments per week. Not great money, but with that kind of volume, it makes for a nice supplemental income to your full time job. Over the past 6 months or so, I am lucky to get 1 assignment a week and lately, its only been 1 or 2 per month. Not really worth it anymore.
