Opportunity to learn - Anonymous employee Insurance Doctor Employee Review

So small it's hard to advance, pay/raise structure is not the best. Several small locations with 1-3 people to take on work load. If someone does not show up for work the rest have to pick up the slack, upper management does not have a course of action for being short handed or needing additional help.
