      Crazy place with crazy people - Office Administrator Insurance Navy Employee Review

      You’ll feel great when you quit.

      Owners are two brothers who are violent, discriminatory, and unreasonable. They are also extremely insecure and ask for feedback- if it’s not 100% positive they will retaliate. They will hire people to work out of one location and instead of firing they will reassign them to a different office two hours away with a single day notice. They also mix their personal business with company business and have employees perform tasks for their other businesses- including flooding all of their review pages with positive reviews. Employees were made to post positive reviews here on Glassdooor as well to drown out all the real experiences- scroll down and notice the dates on all the positive reviews. They will offer raises with never follow up. When I questioned about it, I was met with expletives, insults, and threats of legal action. They also asked intrusive questions about personal religious beliefs which is inappropriate.

We do not tolerate discrimination, retaliation, or inappropriate workplace behavior of any kind. We also do not require employees to post reviews, while we encourage feedback, it is always expected to be honest and voluntary. Staffing decisions, office assignments, and compensation are handled based on business needs and communicated accordingly. We aim to be transparent and professional in all interactions.       There are no pros to working for this company.

      The owners are absolute tyrants who constantly berate their employees and operate by creating a culture of fear and intimidation. They constantly test employees by asking for feedback, and if they do not like the answer they receive they retaliate against them. They are extremely aggressive in how they speak to employees and even vendors. They make unreasonable demands and if they are not met you are yelled at and met with expletives. Any attempt to advocate for yourself is not tolerated. Additionally you are asked to handle tasks for their other business and personal life. Employees are forced to leave fake reviews on Glassdoor and Google to drown out the negative feedback they receive (check the dates, most positive reviews are left in the same timeframe). Overall, it’s just a sad tale of two brother who took over the family business and have no earthly idea what they are doing, and take their insecurities and frustrations out on the people who unfortunate enough to end up as their employees.
