Patient supervisors will train and support new workers. New tasks are added sooner than later and employees can volunteer to help out coworkers with large workloads.
Cons
Too many older workers who are negative about the company. Management remains static and new programs take longer to implement. Productive workers have more work dumped on them while others sit idle.
