Pros

They give you a small salary, they help you get licensed if not already licensed.

Cons

Managers are incompetent, they don't know how to manage people. A lot of sales agent turnover here. They have other managers call you and fake they are customers to try and get you in trouble. No freedom to be a business person. They don't have enough coverage in their stores so customers are very angry because they have to wait 45 minutes to make a payment, buy a policy or renew a policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Cons

Computer Management systems are not yet efficient. We have new systems that still need some fine tuning.
