Great company to work for in all aspects - Appointment Setter Insured Solutions Employee Review

I have worked at Insured Solutions for almost a year now, and worked with the management team as well as other employees during the course of my previous employment, so I have known these individuals for over 5 years. They have always been ethical and easy to work with. The Management team are always open to new ideas to improve and grow. You are not micromanaged here, you are expected to be a professional and get your job done...I love that! I feel valued as an employee, and I know the CEO or CFO is just a phone call away. The ability to work from home and plan your time as you need is fabulous! You are awarded for what you do and bring to the company. My co-workers are very helpful and supportive, I find it to be a great working environment.

I've been with Insured Solutions since 2012 through an acquisition of my former company in Dalton, Georgia. I was very pleased in the beginning when they said there would be no changes after the acquisition of my former company, and fortunately everything they told us was absolutely true. After the acquisition of my former company, we were able to improve our product and service offering to my current clients that I service in the payroll department. I love the environment and especially the fact that they do not micromanage us and allow us to be professionals. This just frees me up to service my clients. The management team has also has been "great" about assigning new projects to me to advance my knowledge of the industry and my career.
