Pros
Compeditive compensation plan, flexible schedule, as well as a comprehensive training program. I really enjoy the comradery and team environment. You are not micro-managed as in other call-center environments. The company is growing fast so there is room to move up in the organization quickly!

Some late nights and Saturdays are mandatory
