Pros
Great coworkers highly focused and goal oriented with open doors for new ideas and improvements. High levels of communication utilized within workspaces and consistent output. Great products/pipeline with room for growth.
Cons
Very abusive compensation strategies utilized by upper management (i.g. multiple delays to raises/bonuses, extend past 12 mo. marks.) Reduced pay scales based upon non existent job titles to the industry or incorrect titles. Job titles/pay does not match workload/experience/actual tasks performed. Lack of corporate understanding of improvements and long term impact on profitability/efficiency for the company.
