poor employee turn around - Manager Insyte Security Employee Review

This is a disgruntled employee who was caught doing inappropriate things at work while isolating minority workers. No one would work with them, and after they left, computer searches revealed that they were using company computers to search for inappropriate activities in the area. We also restored numerous text messages proving that this person made disparaging remarks about the business and management to their co-workers. We have stored what we found in a file and are waiting to see how far this goes. They were the negativity that infected our company for a short time. Now that they have left, the environment has returned to normal, and we welcome anyone to talk to us and check it out for themselves. This one person is responsible for all negative posts on Glassdoor. In the end, we parted on what we thought were mutually agreed terms, but apparently, they still held a grudge. None of what they say is valid. Insyte Security has been serving Central Florida since 2007, and we welcome any likely candidate to make their judgment about the incredible group we have assembled to serve our clients. We challenge this person to go public and come out of the anonymous cloak.
