Very young and energetic startup that has fun and positive work environment. Everyone is equally motivated to contribute to the success of the company. Work is expected to be a high caliber by developing a well documented and tested code. Plenty of room to grow and learn new technologies. IntSights offers pretty good benefits and a good work/life balance.

There are many challenges of a growing company and I guess it's part of the journey. I also wish that we had a one big office in the US, where we all could work and collaborate on a daily basis versus having small offices around the country and meeting only on special events.
