Pros

Flexible hours. Competitive salary plus annual bonus

Cons

Management does not care about employees or clients satisfaction. Director promotes a person who he has a history with, and don't even bother with the interview process. When a week prior he did a conference on how we should never advantage one employee over another. Asked for 4 days of vacations they asked me to find a replacement for 3 days out of 4. They want the employees to be honest with the clients, but when there's a complaint or simply a client asks to speak to the manager for some sort of reason they say to find an excuse and they will call them back in 24-48 business hours.
