Pros
1st insurance company in Canada. Good employer in general. Good health insurance and lot of vacations in addition to your salary. Package comes also with an excellent shares participation program
Cons
Ask a lot from their employees especially in IT. It would be challenging but not with those huge road maps and difficulties to recruit proper dev team.
