Pros
-bonus by the end of the year for everyone -compensations for studies
Cons
-Stressful environment ( need to work like a robot and justify every minute) -No tangible recognition , the most you can get is a "good job, well done " - Routine - No help from management to escalate the ladder and find another position. -The most you can get i small projects in the same department that doesn't help you with your goal and don't be shocked if management keeps lying to you about helping you with career development. - Do not expect to pursue your career and find a spot in another department. I've had 2 bad experiences where i applied several times for some positions in another department, i was able to pass the interview but the manager there knew somebody from before and offered him that instead. After a personal investigation and a discussion with the guy that got the position, he was just starting university to get a degree that matches that position while i almost finished mine and have other certs. The reason is that he was with the company for over 10 years and was friend with the manager/ department and the whole new team while i had just 4 years with them with no internal relations.. yup nothing fair in here... so this happened twice as i said and i was like no i'm not wasting anymore time here. I have a bachelor in IT and just finished another one in another field, with a bunch of other certificates.
