Great office and team. Weekly or bi-weekly office lunches. Very good about paying on time and generous with employees. Not asked to work overtime. Respectful management.

The positive reviews on here are fake. I was forced to write positive reviews when I worked there. The true pros: They are willing to hire employees without experience. You can use this opportunity to learn a thing or two about the web marketing industry. Use this as a stepping stone in your career. Do your time and move on to another company that will value you and your work.

No company values, morals or ethics. The company has two owners: Roger and Danny. Roger is openly shallow; he will hire women based on their looks. He degrades employees and humiliates them instead of giving constructive criticism and helping them grow as professionals. Danny is the nicer one of the two but will make you lie to customers to retain them. You will be forced to make up positive information to give to customers and write fake reviews for them on yelp.
