Employee Centric. Great morale. Flexibility. Compensation Package. They truly live by the words they speak in keeping an employee focused company and listening to and reacting to what people have to say, as well as staying involved in the world around us.
Cons
The only con, which truly isn't a con when factored in the total is having only high deductible health plan options.
