Pros
The people at Intact are team players. My management, coworkers, and business partners are so knowledgeable and open to working with me to learn the information I need to be successful in my position. I am very impressed with level of experience our IT staff has with their insurance experience, agile development approach, and the collaboration of our stakeholders to get the job done right. I am thrilled to be working remotely full-time and have no disadvantage to those in the office. We all work together without issue.
Cons
The speed of change for this company is a bit challenging. As a specialty insurance carrier with an aggressive goal for growth, you need to be prepared to pivot as new priorities may change your backlog roadmap pretty quickly.
