Pros
It is a good working environment and employees are treated well. The job can be challenging at times but the leaders and managers are all supportive and approachable, so the atmosphere at work is never stressful.
Cons
The main con is the situation with booking holidays. You have to plan your entire year of holidays in January and it is really difficult to get the dates you want. This means that if you fancy a spontaneous few days away during the year, or if there's an event you decide you want to go to, it is pretty much impossible to get the time off.
