Incredible flexible working arrangements, you can truly find your work life balance. RSA support people to move roles and try new things in different functions across their careers, there are a lot of avenues for training and professional development. There is a very kind and welcoming culture with a lot of brilliant people to work with. RSA have been making strong achievements on DEI and they seem to take inclusion seriously,
Cons
They are working on improving leaders and managers but that remains a consistent problem, people are promoted into management positions without any training.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of working here at RSA. We are delighted you have had such a positive time with us, and we appreciate you highlighting our leadership training as we strive to improve and develop our leadership capability as part of leadership success factors.
Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season
Cons
They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
