Business outlook
Pros
Have great benefits (for perm employees) especially for more senior management positions. Salaries are also generally fair I would say. People are passionate about what they do. A lot of people have been there a long time which has a lot to say for the company.
Cons
Do ask the right questions at interview stage. Recruitment process is also very long (was 3 months for my role). Company had a lot of change so possibly not a stable place to join (redundancy payment/policy statutory).
