High school drama environment. Everyone talks about each other behind their backs. Confidential information is spread across the entire company and employees constantly gossip. Certain departments are disorganized & chaotic – you have to keep on top of them to get anything accomplished or done. Pay is not competitive. Salary adjustments are not made unless employee has another job offer. New positions aren’t filled by competent candidates, but with sub-par employees for more money than more experienced members of the existing team. Money is spent on frivolous things, like Halloween decorations and parties, instead of to give back to the employees in terms of a bonus or fair pay.
