Not a great experience - Anonymous employee IntePros Employee Review

Extreme lacking in diversity. The company is run by white males. Every office, every position that includes some type of management. The only female in upper management is the current CEO, wife of the company's founder. Nepotism is off the charts. I saw two promotions into and within management in my time there, one was the President's son, while the other was the VP's brother-in-law. It makes any notion of advancement in the company feel impossible. Management seems to not care about their employees, including the owners never remembering my name after numerous times meeting them. The lack of caring seems to be systematic to the lower managemtent.
